Elio Studio Writing works on commentary, reviews, analysis, research and copy. We are passionate about communicating positive messages around cultural, environmental and community action. We feel that, as well as developing our own innovative projects, it's important to highlight the exciting work being done by other creative minds around the world.

Holland - 48Hr Magazine

A submission to 48 Hr Magazine - The tale of Leonora's craziest design adventure, living + working at AVL on the docklands of Rotterdam in February 2003.

Ethiopia - The Ecologist

In February 2009 Leonora travelled with WaterAid + Ecover to Ethiopia to visit safe water + sanitation project in rural communities.

Belgium - Treehugger

In July 2008 Leonora was invited to visit Ecover's eco-factory in Belgium to see how their production facilities line up with the company's ethical values.

Ecuador- Treehugger

In February 2007 Leonora went to live in Ecuador for 6 months to work as a design consultant for an indigenous cacao farmers cooperative - The Kallari Association.

New Zealand- Treehugger

In October 2006 Leonora travelled to New Zealand where she encountered numerous inspirational people and projects promoting sustainable livelihoods.
